Mr Percival's sits a few feet above the Brisbane River, at the heart of Brisbane’s premier entertainment precinct; Howard Smith Wharves.

SLI was engaged to complete a refurbishment of the already iconic venue. The brief was to breathe new life into the existing spaces, whilst retaining the venue's beloved playful personality. The scope included replacing the existing floor with a bold custom patterned terrazzo in tropical hues of pinks and greens, design and supply of custom furniture throughout including sofas, armchairs, barstools, dining and coffee tables, window treatments, decorative lighting, the addition of another bar area, and the curation of outdoor plaza seating.
